Maybe you just signed up for TrackJobChanges. Or maybe you've been tracking jobs for awhile and you want to learn all the ways you can import connections. Well, either way, you came to the right place. 😁
We've broken down each way you can import connections so it's as easy as following the steps and watching the updates roll in!
Find Leads & Contacts With New Jobs in Salesforce
Make a Salesforce Report using Contacts or Leads. Include all the basic contact info you have on the Contact or Lead.
Toggle the dropdown menu and click Export.
Rename the header fields First NameLast Name and Company and include Email and LinkedIn Profile if you have it.
Make sure you've saved it as a regular old CSV file.
The quick and (just a little bit) dirty approach is to simply import email addresses! Grab a list from MailChimp or ConstantContact and simply import the emails into Track Job Changes.
Make sure you've saved it as a regular old CSV file and that the email field header is Email.
Note: you won't see any job changes because we're going to use the email address to get their true current employment.
Get Current Employment From a LinkedIn Profile URL
If all you have is a LinkedIn Profile URL, that works too!
Make sure you've saved it as a regular old CSV file and that the email field header is LinkedIn Profile.
Note: you won't see any job changes because we're going to use the LinkedIn Profile to get their true current employment.
Now all you have to do is try it! If you have any questions, email us at support@livedatatechnologies.com.
