BAD DATA AND THE DAMAGE DONE
The need for better data
Our companies have spent millions of dollars on customer acquisition, an experience which is typical according to this study on B2B SaaS companies by KeyBanc.
The report states that customer acquisition costs for B2B companies amount to ~35% of operating expenses and 52% of revenue, levels that are clearly unsustainable.
Bad data is the culprit, and the processes we've developed will automatically clean CRM data and improve funnel quality with real-time information found on the open web.
While the battle scars from bad B2B data provided our initial motivation, this is only the beginning for Live Data Technologies. Our bigger goal is to continue to develop tools and processes that intelligently extract information from the open web, turning the internet into an actionable, mission-critical database-on-demand for any business purpose.
